How our visa process works

Most refusals we see are not caused by weak profiles — they are caused by weak paperwork: funds shown too late, an SOP that contradicts the study plan, or a document the visa officer could not verify. Our process is built to remove those risks before your file is lodged.

   We read your history the way a visa officer will — past refusals, gaps in study or work, funding source, and travel record — and tell you honestly where the file is weak.

   We choose the visa category with the strongest approval odds for your profile, rather than the one you happened to hear about first.

   Funds, sponsor affidavits, tax records, employment letters and academic proofs are assembled to the current requirement of that country, in the format its officers expect.

   Your statement of purpose is written to match your documents exactly, and you sit a mock interview with a counselor before the real one.

   Lodgement & tracking

   We file, track and respond to any request for further information until a decision is issued.

   After the decision

   Approved: pre-departure briefing and landing support. Refused: we obtain the refusal grounds, correct them and re-file.

What you should prepare

Exact lists vary by country and category, but almost every application rests on the same four pillars: a valid passport with enough remaining validity, proof of purpose (admission letter, job offer or invitation), proof of funds held long enough to satisfy the maintenance rule, and evidence of ties or intent that matches your stated plan.
